The IT field has been a rewarding career that I started in the early 1990s as a self-employed computer technician, network administrator, and systems administrator for numerous businesses and residential customers. Always striving to become better, I have continuously worked on developing new skills and learning new tasks. I am a motivated individual with high attention to detail who has a strong ability to plan, organize, and communicate effectively. I finished my bachelor’s degree in information technology and security in August of 2019 and I am continuing my education with a master’s degree in information technology network design and security. I have earned CompTIA’s A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications. I have developed keen troubleshooting skills analyzing the information and assessing the needs of users to develop effective solutions.
