My Position requires me to check and order stock.I also run the bar to its full potential and I do the in-house training when we take on a new member of staff and I also make sure that the bar and tables are high standard of cleanliness at all times.I do my very best to make sure the customers get the correct service and that they enjoy themselves,I also make sure there is no trouble and if there is any conflicts I am there to find a amicable solution wherever possible I also run the Public House when owners go on there Holidays.
