- Conducted comprehensive reviews of client portfolios, including working with financial advisors to assess strategies based on risk profile and objectives, and preparing customized asset allocation suggestions. - Responsible for movement and monitoring of directed transactions, including liquidity and re-balancing trades within client portfolios. - Provide clients and internal departments with gain/loss, cost basis, pricing, corporate action information and performance reporting. - Perform daily market research including industry trends, stock opinions and financial performance. - Run quantitative income analysis to forecast financial goals and assets required to meet those goals- Resolve discrepancies in client accounts and act as the clients internal staff on oversight of portfolios

Co-manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for an engineering consulting firm. - Prepare financial statements and reports including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet.- Process month-end financial reporting. - Calculate sales tax and ensure compliance with the tax laws of the state of NY. - Complete deposits and post cash to accounts.- Match invoices to receipts and check all pricing.- Continually improve and maintain several employee profiles.
