Gained regulatory experience managing a diversified portfolio of travel companies of varying scale during a very challenging time for the sector due to Covid. Conducted regular in-depth financial assessments of companies as part of licence renewal processes with suitable risk mitigants identified, negotiated and implemented. One off reviews undertaken of complex transaction impacting licence holders and requiring regulatory approval.

Successfully managed book down from initial debt commitment of over £400m across 40 names to a negligible level over a two year period.
