Hostar works with over 500 properties ranging from 100 room boutiques to 3,000 room mega-resorts. Our housekeeping distribution systems can be custom designed to fit the unique characteristics of any type of hotel including: business hotels, villa resorts, boutique hotels, limited service properties and mega resort hotels. We work with many of the top owners/REITs, management companies and brands and some of our clients include 1 Hotels, Baccarat, St. Regis, Virgin Hotels, Shangri-La, Viceroy, Hilton, Conrad, W, Westin, Sheraton, Loews, Disney, Nobu, Melia, Aloft, Courtyard, many casino properties including Wynn, Encore and Cotai Palace, Caesars and Cosmo as well as many independent properties.

I sell specialized housekeeping carts and an inventory control logistical system to hotels. I manage the accounts of hotels ranging from small boutique hotels, to large, distributed 5 star resorts. Direct the Hostar installation team and client in all phases of the installation including implementation scheduling, on-site pre-install briefing, on-site receiving of System’s equipment, mobile loading, hotel staff training and preparation of operations manual. Conduct follow-up visits to ensure System success. Participate as a System Trainer for other Project Managers. Set-up and maintain client electronic files. Participate in follow-up visits and assessments of existing customers to maintain effective management of the ProHost System. Lead and participate in housekeeping management retraining sessions to introduce the principles and procedures to new housekeeping management staff. Compile and update customer folios.
