From November 2007 to December 2008 I was the Program Manager responsible for the roll out of a debit card facility for one of Australia’s largest financial institutions. My responsibilities include all IT development and testing on this $10 million plus Program that involved 9 Project Managers and 85 staff. The Program successfully completed every stage and financial review gate and is now available for use. In additional to the above I was the Portfolio Manager for the Retail Banking Section of EDS Australia Application Development Organisation. In this role I had responsibility for the development and maintenance activities for systems covering Savings, Transaction and Loan accounts. Included within this role was people care responsibility for 35 people encompassing their day to day management of work and personal issues.
