As Program Manager for the Senior Secondary Taskforce to improve educational pathways and services for senior secondary students. Scope includes implementing Salesforce CRM across government schools to digitise student support, improve access to work based learning opportunities, and streamline the tracking for student exemptions. This program directly impacts student outcomes by providing better digital tools and pathways, improving equity and ensuring greater support throughout their educational journey.

As the Program Delivery Lead for the NextGen Program, I managed the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale digital transformation for Victoria’s Fines and Enforcement debt recovery system reporting directly to the Program Director. The scope included implementation of Pega for business process management, Informatica for data and integration, and Oracle for finance. I led a team of up to 160 FTE through multiple stages of the $220M transformation. This work streamlined public service processes to improve debt recovery, and enhanced collaboration across government agencies such as the Department of Transport and Court Services.

The WSV2030 Strategy, designed to improve outcomes for injured workers and the Victorian community by streamlining operations and replacing outdated legacy systems with modern platforms. As Snr Project Manager, I joined towards the end of Horizon 1 (Premiums) and moved to Horizon 2 Platform Replacement Program (Claims and Premiums with a budget up to $250M) for the implementation of technologies such as Salesforce CRM and Vlocity claims, and integration with Legacy systems. Managing scope, plans, resources, etc ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Played a key role in contributing to Program replan efforts due to an independent ombudsman review resulting in a revised program structure, revised objectives and plan. Contributed to the program’s business case.

Led several projects as part of the TAC CBM Transformation, focusing on enhancing client recovery after road trauma incidents. Managed complex initiatives including the data migration of 14 systems into Fineos, legacy system archiving and decommissioning, and system stabilisation/support initiatives to improve overall system stability and recovery services. The work contributed to delivering better support systems that directly impact client outcomes aimed around getting them back on their feet quicker, supporting TAC’s mission to improve road safety and post-trauma care.
