LCCI Examination paper production. I manage a team of 20 to 25 external contractors to design and produce examination material for international centres. Currently working on a large scale project with the aim of producing completely new material which complies with Ofqual regulations and internal quality standards.

The extremely large influx of applications and queries, has made me confident in my capability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high standards.Due to our procedures overlapping with other team’s duties, my post required constant interactions with different levels of management and other teams within the enterprise. Starting off as a casual partner and shelf filler, I was quickly trained in other departments of the store, namely section management and stock management systems. This was due to my willingness to do more and the speed of my familiarisation with the practices in this enterprise.
