As second in command at a mid-level retail bank in GTA my daily accountabilities include influencing my direct reports to provide industry leading customer experiences as well as value-add financial advice wherever applicable. Just as crucial is also ensuring my team is equipped to protect the branch's 'bottom line' as well as our shareholder's vested interest from non-credit losses and other potentially fraudulent activity. I directly developed and managed TD Canada Trust's retail sales teams in the GTA region. My field segmentation included both senior Financial Advisors as well as newly on-boarded Financial Services Representatives. My goal was to increase product knowledge, demonstrate investment solution best-practices and inspire confidence. This dynamic department was a new addition to TD whereby we delivered the above mentioned mandate via specialized phone-based coaching sessions.
