This was delivered via a number of channels including video, web portal and roadshow (94% of attendees rated it very good / excellent)- Managed the transformation communications for a Group-wide operational re-structure (project Kenya) and business improvement programme (Vantage) involving 6,000 employees- Led the integration and rebrand communications for two business acquisitions, Turriff Ltd and TransLinc Ltd- Saved £20,000 per year by optimising channels and negotiating rates, including the production of a quarterly e-zine that targeted networked staff- Re-developed and launched the brand values increasing understanding by 9% and commitment by 6%- Developed a measurable annual communications programme using 12 core channels for 4 key audiences- Increased the annual employee engagement survey response rate by 20% and engagement score by 5%, despite a 27% increase in headcount and removal of £2,000 worth of cash prizes- Introduced new channels including an annual Chief Executive roadshow (98% of attendees rated it very good / excellent), quarterly Senior Manager conference call, social media (Yammer), text messaging, and an online image library- Reduced the number of corporate emails by 50% and increased intranet visits by 12% with the introduction of a weekly ‘News round-up` email with links to the content online- Played a key role in the development of the new corporate website and social media channels- Created 4 double-page case studies for the 2012 Annual Report
