I have two main focuses; the development of all aspects for small businesses and for medium and large businesses the development of new markets. With regard to small businesses I am involved in everything from writing business plans and marketing proposals to helping them source capital and other sorts of funding. I also advise on marketing strategy such as what the best target niche market they should have for their product ranges. I also set up traditional and online marketing campaigns for small businesses based around based on giving the best possible return on investment keeping in mind most start-ups and small businesses have a stretched/limited cash flow. I also advise on future expansion strategies. With regard to large and medium businesses; I advise on new market development. I have expertise in helping South African companies find new markets in other countries and territories such as India, Europe and Africa. I would also advise on finding and expanding local market share but have a passion for searching out untapped niches in the global marketplace.
