As the Chief Executive Officer of Grey Team, I lead a dedicated organization committed to improving the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of military veterans. With a focus on innovative therapies and comprehensive support programs, Grey Team provides veterans with the resources they need to thrive in civilian life.Under my leadership, and in collaboration with our Board of Directors, we have developed over 30 strategic partnerships with leading biotech companies, universities, researchers, and medical institutions from across the U.S. and around the world. These alliances have been instrumental in enhancing the quality and scope of our services.I am also the drafter and implementor of Grey Team's life-saving program, Operation Phoenix. This groundbreaking initiative has won several awards for its effective programming and has made a significant impact on the lives of countless veterans.My role encompasses strategic planning, organizational growth, and community engagement. I am proud to oversee initiatives like Operation Apollo, which enhances the lives of veterans through cutting-edge treatments such as Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBM) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).Under my leadership, Grey Team has expanded its capacity to serve 150 veterans annually, added new staff members, and introduced additional wellness programs.
