Responsible for a fully integrated delivery of real estate solutions impacting a regional portfolio of 2.5M SF. Workplace strategies support a technology driven Client with projects that involve workplace refreshes, churn (re-stacks/densifications), digital integrations, infrastructure, brand identification and new construction. The integrated delivery model engaged multiple stakeholders in an agile environment to align with Workplace Solutions and end user expectations.

Responsible for the project management of retail and administrative construction programs supporting multiple CBRE Clients ("3" total in succession) during this employment period. Projects included retail banking center refreshes, compliance and technology upgrades, ground up construction, corporate divestitures and churn-related tenant finish initiatives impacting campus locations within the region Project tasks include the management of all phases of the project from initial due diligence, design development and project funding through contractor award, construction and project closure. Stakeholders include the Client Real Estate and Marketing teams, assorted Client Line's of Business and various Vendor Stakeholders including Architects, General Contractors and assorted strategic banking related suppliers. Additionally, local market CBRE Offices were engaged to employ their unique market knowledge to engage A&E and General Contractor resources. Performance measurement is driven by assorted KPI's inclusive of On Time/On Budget metrics as well as data driven updates provided through management of the Client sponsored project management software platform.

Responsible for a domestic campus re-branding program for an international software company with corporate headquarters located in the Redmond, Washington. Approximately 15-20 campus locations shall undergo a brand identity refresh impacting interior and exterior signage. Stakeholders include the Client Real Estate and Marketing teams, architect, sign vendor and other CBRE colleagues involved with the initiative.Project tasks includes the management of all phases of this project from standards development and application through installation and project closure. Total Client investment, in support of this program, is $2.0M.

Established global partnerships to engage architectural and project management services in support of expansion efforts involving the international business unit of a prominent telecommunications company. Typical project scope involved the tenant finish of 15 plus locations with approved budgets exceeding $10.0M. Provided retail construction leadership for a team of project managers embedded at the local regional campus of a national telecommunications company. Typical annual build plans involved the tenant finish of approximately 120 locations during a 4 year period of expansion. Annualized capital allocated to this effort was in excess of $50.0M.Previous to the retail construction assignment, led a team of 8 project managers to successfully execute a rebranding program that involved 45 campuses, 525 corporate owned retail locations and 1100 franchises. All Client expectations were exceeded resulting in contract extension and transition into retail construction.

Provided retail tenant finish services for a national telecommunications company. Delivered 10 retail locations to the Client on-time and within budget. The construction portion of each tenant finish averaged in excess of $200.0K. Also delivered the first Experience Store for this platform where multiple Client profit centers merged into one location for customer convenience. At the time, this unique design/build project was delvered on-time and at a total cost of $2.0M.

Managed a significant corporate real estate portfolio for a major banking corporation. The portfolio involved 10 building and an annualized operating budget of $13.0M. Responsibilities included construction project management, facilities management, expansions and consolidations, regulatory compliance and maintenance operations. The Client's portfolio was extremely dynamic and required rapid deployment of resources to meet various project requests.

Facilities Manager for an emerging venture capital telecommunications organization. Managed spatial requirements in support of a rapidly expanding employee population. Successfully coordinated a design/build tenant finish that merged all satellite locations into a 42.5K s.f. regional headquarters.

Operations and Maintenance Contractor for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's Western Currency Facility. Job responsibilities and projects varied in order to support a 300K s.f. Department of Treasury currency manufacturing environment.
