Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining training materials for North America Telesales teams. Delivering training to 100+ members of our Sales and Account Management organizations as needed. Provide policy/product training as needed and assist with day-to-day questions / issues that come up. Other functions/tasks as needed from management team.

Responsible for training and assisting newly sold merchants to the PayPal system and all of the features it has to offer. Merchants processed anywhere from $360K-$20MM+ in annual payment volume. Cross-sold other products as fit to deepen the relationship and build foundation for lasting partnership.

This new position takes all previous job requirements and raises them as I have a portfolio of my own that I manage and assist each and every day. My merchants process between $30k-$110k / month from both online/off-line sales and it is my job to be there when they have a problem with their account. My portfolio consists of up to 220 merchants.

In both of these roles, I was the main contact for buyers/sellers who were contacting PayPal for assistance with their account. From signing up and purchasing their first item, to filing a dispute for an item not received, I was the person to walk them through it and make sure they were satisfied before ending the call.

Sole owner of OmahaBounce, LLC, which I started in April, 2009.Primarily rented inflatable bounce house castles for kids' birthdays but had the occasional graduation and some corporate events as well.I was responsible for managing all day-to-day operations including, but no limited to, taking reservations from customers, accounting, expenses, delivery of rental item and takedown after event was completed, etc.Due to relocation of my primary job, I stopped the business after the summer of 2012.

As a customer support rep I successfully resolved issues that were from both insurance agents using the rating software and from carriers who had custom designed sites for their agents. I also trained onboarding agents that were new to the systems to show them the ins/outs of the rating system and how to complete a successful quote for the customers that they were working with. The job included such things as managing phone calls, emails, online training, and system reporting tools.
