David Krause – Business Development SpecialistDavid has over 45 years of experience in corrosion control, Integrity management, the design, operations and maintenance of natural gas and liquid pipeline facilities. Dave is certified as a NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist and Cathodic Protection Specialist (CP4). David has conducted CP studies and AC and DC interference remediation studies and has developed and implemented remediation plans. He has designed CP mitigation systems including impressed current and galvanic cathodic protection systems, including material selection, material specifications, detailed drawings and project cost estimates. He has managed budgets; supervised and performed all aspects of project management; has commissioned CP and AC mitigation systems; performed inspections, troubleshooting and remediation on CP systems; supervised and provided project management for installation, testing, and annual surveys. David is very active in the Association for Materials Protection and Performance on many Technical Committees and Chapter activities. He is presently the Executive Advisor for the Appalachian Underground Corrosion Short Course and he is the Chairman of the Liberty Bell Corrosion Course.
