Responsible to Head of Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm for Standards and Practices for AW159 (Wildcat) pilots and instructors. Additionally, provide subject matter expertise to military and civilian organisations on AW159 operations and technical publications.

Responsible to Commanding Officer for all aspects of aircrew training. This included standardisation and mentoring of instructors and delivery of training on AW159 to both new and experienced aircrew both on land and sea.

Responsible for all aspects of pilot training on AW159 including instructors, conversion students and new pilots.

Lead pilot for RNHDT during first 2 seasons of twin Wildcat displays. Responsible for training and delivery of 2 highly successful Airshow seasons both in UK and Europe. Leading teams of up to 25 personnel and multiple aircraft in detached conditions for up to 14 days whilst continuing to provide training opportunities.

Sultanate Of Oman

On secondment from Royal Navy providing maritime aviation advice and expertise. Responsible for training and integration of Super Lynx aircrew into maritime operations including embarked. Additionally, instructing desert and mountain flying as well as core helicopter techniques. Coordinating aviation activities in Multi-National exercises from land and sea.

Whilst continuing to be a Lynx QHI, responsible for development of Lynx to Wildcat (AW159) courseware. Liaising with industry partners acting as Subject Matter Expert on RN flying training.

As QHI, responsible for instruction on Mk3 and Mk 8 Lynx to ab-initio and convertee aircrew. As Course Officer, mentor new aircrew whilst they complete demanding military flying training.

As trials pilot, assist in the management, planning and execution of trail activity associated with the Lynx helicopter for the RN. Included equipment and weapon trials both in the UK and Europe.
