Lead Supt on 11 story Parking Garage at Park Central. This is the tallest Parking Garage in Phoenix. It is a precast garage and had some challenges with how tall the structure is. Building turned out nice!!

Lead Supt. - This was a complete remodel of the existing spa. Building was demoed between two existing buildings down to the basement. Did a complete rebuild with lots of high end finishes and a pool on the roof. Building turned out really nice!!

Banner Del E Webb Medical Center

Doing different upgrades to the interior of this facility. I have been working on installing a new fire alarm in this facility. Anyone that has done this before know what a huge undertaking this is. We are literally in every room of this facility at least 4 times. The old fire alarm will remain online until the new system is up and running. I am working on.

Phoenix Childrens Southwest Valley Clinic

I was the lead Supt on a 36,000 sq. ft. clinic. This building was built as a clinic, but was also built for future expansion. The clinic is built to be an Emergency Dept. There is an MRI with med gas. There is an RF room. The building has some high end finishes that include sheet rubber and vinyl flooring as well as lava tile. The millwork is high end with.

Supt. in charge of concrete on the tower expansion. We had a cast in place 5 story parking garage. We had a 2 story cast in place central plant with pan decks. We had a 4 story precast parking garage. We had a 12 story tower. The tower consisted of caissons and footings. We did shotcrete walls as well as cast in place walls. There was a cast in place.

Phoenix Art Museum

Addition to Phoenix Art Museum. This project had alot of different types of exposed concrete. Cast in place stairs with honed concrete treads and sandblasted bottoms. The slab on grade was a colored concrete with a honed and sealed finish. Colored concrete walls with sandblast finish.

General Foreman- Worked on multiple projects during this time. St. Joes BNI Tower, Thompson Peak Hospital, Mayo Clinic to name a few. I was the General Foreman in charge of concrete crews.
