David is an experienced leader and problem solver in Strategy Consulting, Tech and Healthcare with a focus on growth and innovation. He also has a granted Patent in the area of Biometric Cryptography.David is involved in two Startups - DAETA 47 and Hindsyt, and was the General Manager of nexomics, a Startup Business Unit of the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre that provides specialist Clinical Trial Services. He was previously the Director of Strategy at the Peter Mac, and the Director of Business for the Pathology Department.Prior to the Peter Mac he worked at Jora, a startup owned by SEEK, in charge of Growth. Additionally, he has extensive Consulting experience as a Management Consultant at KPMG and Pacific Strategy Partners; and an Intellectual Property Technology Consultant in Japan.David has completed an MBA on scholarship from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, graduating on the Dean’s Honour List for outstanding scholarly achievement. Prior to this, he was a scholarship PhD candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with First Class Honours both at Monash University. David is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
