· Responsible for delivery and staffing needs for several Federal Civilian Agencies.· Business Unit valued at $100 mil. · Responsible for staffing 12 programs for HUD, PBGC, NRC, DoED, FEC, VA, IBS, USPTO, FDIC, AOC, NCI, SSA, etc. · Responsible for managing three TOS (Talent Operation Specialist aka Recruiters).· Maintains relationships with Program Managers or Staffing Coordinators for contracts we currently are prime.· Provides weekly reports to the Sr. Vice Presidents of FMSS (Federal Mission Software Solutions) Business Unit on delivery of resources on our projects/programs and forecasting staffing needs for potential BD opportunities. BU Valued at 100mil.· Works with Buisness Development team to assist in proposal staffing or market research.· Educate and lead TOS's (Talent Operation Specialists) on openings and program knowledge.· Conducts technical screening of candidates and in person interviews to ensure candidate qualifications meet position requirements and program requirements.· Performed professional level duties to attract, screen, recruit and select employees.· Administer skills testing, reference checks, employee verifications and background investigations.· Heavy involvement with on-boarding process such as start paperwork, background checks and employment application reviews.· Involved in transitioning current employees that have lost coverage to other internal projects.· Performed research on market and pricing.· Assisted Business Development with sourcing resumes for proposals and data mining.
