Working within the Autodesk Customer Success Services division as a Senior Customer Success Manager where I am responsible for 2 strategic global named accounts. I engage directly with theses customer to identify business challenges, strategic implementation, support adoption through data analytics and planning of technology solutions, engagement management, account development as well as technology evangelizing and business consulting. I oversee the consultancy services engagement process from proposal through to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery and adoption risks are managed correctly. I work closely with the Account Executives to maintain the relationships with these key customers and identify their problems from a business and technology perspective.

Drawing on my industry experience as well as the use of AEC technology for the implementation of BIM (building Information modelling) on projects; I was part of the Autodesk Global Consulting team helping to address the business needs of clients who are moving to BIM.
