Our diverse team of consultants work closely with the whole Autodesk Customer Success Organisation and other stakeholder groups to ensure we identify, develop and deliver services which support technology adoption, deliver measurable value and help solve business outcomes through innovation thinking.

Working within the Autodesk Customer Success Services division as a Senior Customer Success Manager where I am responsible for 2 strategic global named accounts. I engage directly with theses customer to identify business challenges, strategic implementation, support adoption through data analytics and planning of technology solutions, engagement management, account development as well as technology evangelizing and business consulting. I oversee the consultancy services engagement process from proposal through to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery and adoption risks are managed correctly. I work closely with the Account Executives to maintain the relationships with these key customers and identify their problems from a business and technology perspective.

Drawing on my industry experience as well as the use of AEC technology for the implementation of BIM (building Information modelling) on projects; I was part of the Autodesk Global Consulting team helping to address the business needs of clients who are moving to BIM. I was responsible for business development support, which included identifying customer business issues, working closely with the AEC major account sales team, definition of appropriate business/technical solutions, engagement management, account development, and business consulting. Additionally my activities included working with the Autodesk Consulting delivery teams to create detailed project scopes & documentation.

As Director of Implementation at CASE, David focused on directing and employing BIM implementation services and support to AEC clients globally from the firm’s London office. His proficiency of 3D design software and comprehensive knowledge of BIM technologies offers an intelligent and dynamic approach to BIM implementation and practice. Prior to CASE, David held the position of BIM Manager at HOK London. There he led efforts in the support and development of Revit and BIM technologies where he most notably implemented the firm’s global buildingSMART principles. Recognized as one of the leading UK experts in Revit, David is a part of the AEC UK BIM Standards advisor group as well as one of the co-founders & steering committee members of LRUG (London Revit User Group). He is a long-time member of the Autodesk Beta community and frequently posts Revit and BIM content on his blog, http://autodesk-revit.blogspot.com.

BIM Manager providing day to day technical project support, training, mentoring, project setup and structure as well as skills development to all London based HOK staff using Autodesk Revit Architecture & BIM technologies. The position required me to support and advise senior management on understanding skills gaps as well as resource management. I was also the HOK buildingSMART implementer for the London office, which is part of a wider firmwide group, where I had the responsibility of helping with the deployment of the firmwide buildingSMART goals as well marketing our BIM capabilities to the HOK client base.
