• Oversee technical innovation and the ongoing integration of technology in line with LandTeam's values and strategy.• Pursue technology advances suitable for the business by keeping abreast of technological advancements in the market place and by implementing technological improvements within the business to increase work place productivity and product delivery.• Build LandTeam's reputation as a technical leader by sourcing and developing the latest trends and techniques whilst remaining active in the professional and industry sense at expert level.• Support the effective operation of LandTeam’s CAD functionality by leading the CAD working group, investigating the functionality of CAD hardware and software and making recommendations for appropriate acquisition and modification.• Support and facilitate LandTeam’s strategy at operational level by practicing leadership and decision-making that accords with the strategic initiatives of the business.• Support and implement LandTeam’s Integrated Management initiatives including work health safety, quality and environmental management by promoting commitment to management decisions and policies.
