I am a consulting Civil Engineer and Project Manager assisting land developers throughout the design, approval and construction process. Using my knowledge of the civil construction process and with a network of associates throughout the certifying authorities, I can assist developers to achieve their goal in the shortest possible time frame and at the most economical price whilst ensuring a design is constructed to ensure it achieves its design life.I have worked closely with large scale property developers as well as small land developers. I enjoy the challenges of working with people to achieve a project goal within a budget and time frame to see a final result.   In my current role I am responsible for a range of construction supervision and project management activities for civil construction including land subdivision, sewer and water infrastructure, storm water drainage and road upgrades across the LandTeam environs.The role incorporates the management of construction contracts including tendering and procurement of suitable contractors to fulfill the task. As well as providing Engineering certification where suitable.I have been able to successfully ensure that projects reach completion within a suitable time frame and by using comprehensive quality controls I can ensure that all aspects of the process are completed at the appropriate stage of the construction.Liaison with utilities to coordinate work in the vicinity of infrastructure of to modify or install new infrastructure including all application processes.
