Responsible Infrastructure and application support for the FTP application in North America.

Responsible for managing support, infrastructure and risk management across multiple business units. Managed up to four managers in different sites with 55+ resources. Accountable for managing 27MM non discretionary budget. Implement best practices across Consumer Finance resulting in standardizing processes and reduced costs. Collaborated with senior management to develop strategic plans and provided management updates.

Managed Consumer Lending Test System, Architecture and Infrastructure groups. Managed 25+ person team consisting of up to two managers, staff in multiple locations and utilizing offshore resources to maximize leverage ratio’s. Worked with global groups to set and review architectural direction across Consumer Lending. Implemented infrastructure upgrades to be on current releases. Implemented additional test environments to meet business needs and to improve quality. Managed non discretionary budget for Consumer Lending support and infrastructure
