-Managing a self-driven business which focuses on custom residential design, contract design and drafting for builders, alterations and additions; as well as 3D rendering and presentation models clients.-Communicating directly with builders involved in contract work and organising and directing workflow between myself and fellow business partner and architectural designer.-Liaising with clients, external consultants, trades and builders during the construction stage.

-Taking the leading hand in liaising with clients and designing high end custom homes, duplexes and hi density multi dwelling projects.- Working independently and within a team on multiple development proposal and projects.-Managing projects during the design stages and later producing detailed D.A documentation for council submission. -Producing detailed C.C documentation, including construction detailing and communicating with external consultants, trades and engineers on residential projects.-Working with the marketing team and creating realistic 3d internal and external renders for sales brochures, web design and external advertising.
