I was the British Army's lead for all commemorative activity with regard to the Centenary of the First World War (codenamed Op REFLECT). I acted as the Army's primary point of contact, both internally and externally for all commemorative activity in addition to being both Commander Field Army and Commander Home Command's principal adviser on commemorative activity.
