Air and Space Operations Center, Qatar July 2014 – April 2015Responsible for the training, discipline, oversight and supervision of twenty-three forward deployed personnel for a General Officer Headquarters. Coordinates directly with 3 separate 3 Star General Headquarters deployed in South-West Asia on all matters related to Integrated Air and Missile Defense in CENTCOM. Fills in as the Forward Operations Officer as required during absences. Monitors and assists in the operation and maintenance of eleven forward deployed Patriot Batteries, three Battalion Headquarters, and one Brigade Headquarters totaling over 1000 personnel.

Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

Missile Defense Crew Director for the nation’s only Ground Based Mid-Course Defense Brigade consisting of over 300 personnel. Responsible for daily crisis and combat operations and ensured execution of the missile defense mission for the United States. Provided defense of the United States against ballistic missile attack and served as the primary interface with NORAD. Oversaw system readiness, operations, testing, and exercises for the United States Missile Defense System. Responsible for the training, discipline, and welfare of 4 highly trained and experienced personnel on Crew

El Paso, Texas Area

Planned, coordinated, and supervised over 20 Joint Service integrated air and missile defense exercises for the 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command. Oversaw more than 10 personnel.• Deployed to Bahrain to serve as Senior Liaison to the U.S. Navy Central Command, the U.S. Embassy to Bahrain, and the Bahrain Defense Forces• Deployed to Kuwait to serve as the Theater Army Air and Missile Defense Coordinator at U.S. Army Central Command

Iraq

Senior Military Advisor to an Iraqi Border Enforcement Battalion of over 600 men. Conducted foreign internal defense operations over a 75 kilometer span along the Iraqi Syrian border.Principle advisor to the Iraqi Battalion commander on training, leadership, deployment, and welfare of his Soldiers.Monitored the Iraqi Battalion’s standards of conduct.Developed an effective counter-insurgency strategy.Responsible for the training, morale, welfare, and operations of an 11 personnel.

El Paso, Texas Area

Battalion Operations Officer of a Patriot Air Defense Battalion consisting of a Headquarters Battery, 4 Patriot Batteries , and a direct support Maintenance Company totaling over 650 personnel. Responsible for all aspects of training and combat readiness of the Battalion.Directly responsible for the mission performance, training, and well-being of 6 sections with over 40 personnel.Maintained the morale and welfare of all soldiers and their families within these 6 sections.

Bosnia And Herzegovina

Served as Chief of Security and Operations, Headquarters’ Commandants officer for the NATO Peace Stabilization Force. Required to possess expert knowledge in operations and all force protection and security matters.Responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of force protection and security policies for Camp Butmir, Sarajevo. Provided guidance to the force protection company of 185 Bulgarian Infantry Soldiers and the Military Police Company of 95 Irish, Italian, and Spanish Military Police soldiers.

Germany

Served as teacher, coach, and mentor to over 60 personnel during high intensity combat training exercises.

Ft. Campbell, Ky

Commanded an Air Assault Avenger/Stinger Air Defense Artillery Battery organic to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) with active worldwide contingency missions.Responsible for synchronization of all training, maintenance, safety, health, welfare, and discipline of 86 Soldiers and Officers. Served as the 3rd Brigade Air Defense Officer and ensured accurate and timely technical and tactical advice permitting worldwide deployability in 36 hours or less for any contingency. Directed, supervised, coordinated, and executed daily activities to ensure impeccable maintenance and readiness of 3 Platoons composed of 24 air defense systems, 83 tactical radios, 16 combat support vehicles, and associated equipment valued at over $32 million.Managed a $160,000 operating and maintenance budget.
