CurrentLead the contracts team, working with stakeholders from across the international Group to deliver strategic projects, support wider change programmes and ensure governance and commercial requirements are reflected in national, and international, client and supplier agreements.Ensure regulatory and governance compliance across range of areas including data protection, financial crime, client funds management, information security, delegated authority, intellectual property, VAT and Modern Slavery. Identify and implement strategic change within work stream, wider team and business. Supporting cost effective service delivery, project governance, and risk management in an evolving legal and regulatory landscape.Work at senior level with teams from across the business to deliver a range of key client and business projects and programmes.
