• Responsible for obtaining new and managing existing North American code evaluation reports across a wide range of regulatory agencies including ICC, CCMC, LA City, HUD, Miami/Dade County, state of Florida, etc.• Assist in reviewing and revising strategic position as necessary with regard to evaluation reports across the wide range of regulatory agencies including ICC, IAPMO, CCMC, PFS, APA, WY, etc. • Develop and execute a strategy for reporting status on key code evaluations to stakeholders.• Represent Weyerhaeuser’s Wood Products Business at regulatory meetings where acceptance criteria are developed, including drafting and pursuing criteria to facilitate the implementation of Weyerhaeuser strategies alone and/or in conjunction with other members of the CSPE team depending on topic.• Assist in development and management of the product acceptance annual budget.

Performed analysis of existing structures for wind and seismic loads to determine weaknesses in building performance. Designed lateral resisting system for 9 story Marriott hotel in downtown Seattle. This includes reinforced concrete shearwalls and diaphragms. Performed construction support for Sea-Tac airport which included design of field condidion fixes, review of steel shop drawings, conducted site visits to ensure work conformed to design documents.
