I coordinated the start-up and development Rightway Healthcare LLC . This process consisted of market research, conducted by myself, to determine the existing supply and demand for primary care physicians in Pinal County. The supply fell very short of the recommended physician to population ratio. Once determined the financial pro formas, revenue projections based on previous market share, services provided along with the previous reimbursement rates, budget development, breakeven analysis and the completed business plan. We were able to secure financing ($489,000) via the SBA. Applied and successfully secured a Rural Health Designation for Rightway Healthcare which resulted in over $400,000 in additional annual revenue.
