Suggest actions to branch's on accounts whether to repossess or send Final Demand for payment. Made three attempts to collect or mediate before sending to legal or outside collection agency. Handled over 500 accounts personally from various branches concerning payments of small and very large stature, tax exemption forms and certificates of insurance.

Made/Answered over 75 phone calls, take payments in person, over phone, internet, and by cash and credit/debit card. Suggested repossession to management on extremely past due accounts.
