- Provide front end support and back end build for all Horizon Clinical applications.
- Expert level troubleshooting and triage proficiency with identifying root cause
- Troubleshoot HL7/interface issues
- Bounce applications and servers as necessary
- Precept new system analysts which included establishing connections for all applications to existing client sites and teaching proper troubleshooting procedures
- Conducts hour to empower sessions for coworkers when teaching opportunities are identified
