Senior Systems Analyst
Provide front end support and back end build for all Horizon Clinical applications.• Expert level troubleshooting and triage proficiency with identifying root cause• Troubleshoot HL7/interface issues• Bounce applications and servers as necessary• Precept new system analysts which included establishing connections for all applications to existing client sites and teaching proper troubleshooting procedures• Conducts hour to empower sessions for coworkers when teaching opportunities are identified• Design, modify, and evaluate programs, applications and services for clients and recommend changes in software development, business processes, maintenance, and system standards• Consistently received the highest level of satisfaction and positive feedback on end-user surveys• Support for the following products: Horizon Expert Orders (HEO) Horizon Care Alerts (HCA) Horizon Expert Documentation (HED) Horizon Care Record (HCR) Horizon Emergency Care (HEC) Horizon Orders Management (HOM) Horizon AdminRx Horizon Physician’s Portal (HPP) Horizon Health Summary (HHS) Horizon Ambulatory Care (HAC)
