As a Field Organizer for Governor Jon Corzine's re-election campaign in Camden County, I was responsible for the logistical challenges of maintaining a significant canvassing presence in an important region, including recruitment and training of canvassers, managing their materials, and planning the most effective method of covering our county. In a tough election year, Camden County's results were the best in the State for Jon Corzine.

Two months in the Jewish Outreach Team for Pennsylvania, working as the Jewish Student Outreach Coordinator for the state. Was responsible for creating groups of Jewish Students for Obama across Pennsylvania’s numerous University and College campuses. Additionally helped with the various efforts of the Jewish Outreach Team.

Worked at the Government Affairs Intern, reporting to the Director of Government Affairs. Duties included attending meetings and conferences as sole representative of the organization, or with the Assistant Legislative Director. Attended and composed minutes of relevant Senate and House Committee meetings, tracked ongoing legislation. Assisted in the organizing and running of the legislative advisory committees of the National Sheriffs’ Association’s annual meeting, held in Indianapolis, including composing for publication in the NSA’s monthly publication.

Served as intern in political and finance department, researching individuals and groups of interest in New Hampshire and Iowa, writing campaign memos for relevant events. As senior summer intern, served to organize and direct other summer volunteers, in addition to general campaign intern tasks.

Wrote for the biweekly political journal “The Van Zorge Report”, which is the authoritative political and economic journal on Indonesia. Wrote on topics ranging from Indonesian business news, economic evaluation, to political analysis. Additionally served in research capacity for Editors.
