Full responsibility for commercial activities and sales in all export markets for NDC Elevator Drives. Management of the sales and technical objectives for NDC owned businesses in Spain and Germany, working closely with our global distribution partners to achieve growth and total market share in their agreed territories. Strategically identifying, negotiating, and completing new commercial agreements directly with B2B customers, distributors, and consultants globally to create sales growth within the export sector for NDC, remotely managing multi-lingual sales representatives and technical site engineers in Spain, Germany, and the United States of America.

Total accountability for pre-tax profits of the NW Service Centre, managing all customer commercial accounts to enable growth and development into new product areas. Responsible for the Health & Safety within the Service Centre and to its engineers, completing weekly "toolbox talks" to keep staff up to date on changes within the organisation, managing the development and technical training of service centre employees. Liaising with clients on the progression of the jobs and allocation of works to the engineering staff to ensure jobs are kept within budget and delivered on time. Creating Risk Assessment and Method Statements for site works whilst always seeking out and purchasing elevator control systems to create new testing simulators, widening the scope of business opportunities with our customers.During this role I completed my bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering on a part time basis.

Working closely with the service center manager the role consisted of ensuring the timely processing of customer repairs and service exchange products. To achieve this objective, I would manage the supply of spare parts, collections, deliveries, and labour so that engineers could complete their jobs as efficiently as possible. Following the repair process, I would supervise the testing procedures to confirm that all product-specific test protocols were being adhered to. My role would often include after-sales support by way of technical telephone assistance or on-site installation service to help customers overcome technical issues and guarantee first-time installation success. It was during this role that I completed my foundation degree in Electronic Engineering on a part-time basis.
