Full responsibility for the operation of a 48,000 sq ft Flagship bookstore employing 96 Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Booksellers. Full P & L accountability and responsible for achieving all company KPI's.

As above in 29,000 sq ft store with turnover of circa £4M.

Responsible for operation of the sales-floor of Flagship store; and driving store sales. Bookstore. Managed a team of 4 Assistant Managers, 4 Supervisors, and circa 50 Booksellers.

Sales initially then Training and HR

As above in 28,000 sq ft store with turnover of circa £4M.

As above; holding position while permanent GM was recruited. Turnover circa £6.5M.

Employed in inbound call centre. Fulfilling clients requests according to their specific instructions in relation to the buying and selling of shares. Providing client information and the highest level of customer service.
