Oversee the construction phase of SCADA project delivery for MWH Optimise and the closure of other capital Delivery schemes. I ensured that the client handover went smoothly by making a valuable input to the final stages of the project. I also assisted in the application for permits to work on clean water network, liaising between contractor and client to guarantee permit approval.

I oversaw the construction phase of capital delivery projects and customer-led schemes. I administered the construction contract, ensuring adequate, safe and efficient project delivery, as well as safeguarding Thames Water’s interests through to project completion. My continued input throughout the complete trajectory of the project enabled me to apply my experience in a way that achieved a workable and successful conclusion.
