Advocate for making cyberspace operations part of everyday joint force commander (JFC) operations. Today’s commanders must be prepared to defend the Nation in all domains including cyberspace. They require trained and ready cyber forces, situational awareness of cyberspace, effective command and control, defensible architecture, appropriate delegation of authority for execution, and an operational approach to tie it together. An operational approach enables commanders to integrate cyberspace operations within the joint doctrinal framework employed every day to accomplish assigned missions.

Primary area of responsibility is Operational Command and Control (C2), Communication Systems (CS), Joint Data Networks Operations, Assured C2 in A2AD environment, Air-Sea Battle integration and JTF C2 TPFDD Plans. Currently part of the COMPACFLT Theater JFMCC MOC Working Group transition team focused on Operational C2.

Provided expert C2 systems knowledge, operational integration and evaluation of Joint and Navy C2, systems and multi-level security systems (MLS) for all PACOM Naval forces. The advocate for the Pacific Fleet Naval forces within DISA-PAC.

Pearl Harbor, Hawaii

Duties comprised coordinating all aspects of Fleet C2 Comms/SATCOM. Responsibilities included oversight of all elements of operational communications associated with Pacific Fleet operations and exercises.
