• Residence Remodel, Sandy Springs, GA.~ Designed 150 sq. ft. custom Sun-Nook addition and 1600 sq. ft. entertaining deck that both blend gracefully into the homes existing eclectic vernacular. • Wall Street Conyers, Conyers, GA.~ Prioritized client’s $400K budget for re-branding, re-marketing, and remodeling campaign of four B-class office buildings, totaling 46,000 sq. ft., in Conyers, GA.~ Our newly designed theme, brand, signage, logo, and exterior paint schemes differentiated the complex from the competition: result 85% occupied (up from 30%). • Residence Remodel, Sandy Springs, GA.~ Designed $100K remodel of master bathroom and master closet utilizing the homes existing footprint. A symmetrical solution on the front elevation mimics the existing homes architectural language while seamlessly blending into the fabric of the existing neighborhood. • St. Charles Square Clubhouse addition, Marietta, GA.~ Designed 2,000 sq. ft. renovation compliant to all commercial codes, ran RFP’s, lead bid meetings, wrote specifications, produced construction drawings, and negotiated pricing with vendors to drive fixed construction costs down under $230K budget ceiling. • Hidden Pointe Town Homes, Savannah, GA.~ Leveraged design skills for new LLC builder entering tight knit Savannah market. • Hallmark Homes, Savannah, GA. ~ Created “Ranch Plus” series of home designs, 1,600 sq. ft. to3,400 sq. ft., where flexibility and functionality are a fore thought. • JCW Construction, Savannah, GA.~ Designed 1 Car floor plans and 8-plex buildings for 120 unit development in Pooler, Georgia. Proposed the marketing idea to target military families and local apartment renters. Result: Absorption rate was achieved per bank loan quantity: project sold out in 3 years. • Robert Harris Homes, Atlanta, GA & Sarasota, FL.~ Successfully value designed entry level townhomes, zero lot line empty nester product, and Single Family Detached homes.

• Streamlined & reviewed truss engineering packages on new single family detached product lines resulting in hard cost savings of 5%+ on each: attention to details resulted in all homes being constructed without any framing problems (nearly unheard of in construction industry). • Rejuvenated & streamlined production process for 250 homes per year production builder. Cut construction cycle time on all plans by 20% through subcontractor accountability, vertical integration & consolidation.• Re-energized existing communities with new S.F.D. product; result = doubled sales rate. • Designed & managed construction of 15,000 sq. ft., $1.5 M commercial structure for new company headquarters. • Ran multiple architectural projects, hired & managed department staff, and managed all out source drafters.

• Designed and drafted multiple new floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings of new product between 1,800 to 3,600 sq. ft. for Atlanta, Colorado, Tampa Bay, and Houston markets.

• Dade County, GA - $11 million School Board Competition – designed 8,500 sq. ft. floor plan elementary school addition & led architectural presentation to Board of Supervisors. Result = won project for my firm. • Cartersville, GA – designed a new 10,000 sq. ft. multipurpose school facility. Led architectural presentation & managed CD production. Instrumental in getting facility built.

• Managed & drove speculative design ventures for both of firms’ offices in Irvine, CA and Las Vegas, NV.• Coordinated client design decisions with multiple drafters and produced construction drawings.
