I'm currently a Production Support Technical Lead at Verizon for a team of 17 people where my primary role is to be a 2nd level of escalation for any technical or process related questions for our entire system. I wear many hats and tend to be a jack-of-all-trades while also working to improve myself in certain areas of interest for the benefit of the project and team, and my career. I started at Verizon as one of 4 original members of the Production Support team. Since then I have expanded my skill-set in many areas based on what was needed at the time.
