Workstream lead for the following processes: intercompany eliminations, employee benefit plans, and management reporting.Assisted with an inventory costing process assessment resulting in the delivery of a recommended future state process and roadmap for an over $2B steel mill. Played a critical role in the implementation of the future state process which included significant process reengineering as well as designing, building, testing, and implementing a new inventory costing system. The system eliminated an excel-based costing process by automating the month-end costing calculations and journal entries using data pulled directly from the client's source systems.
