Current project focus includes facilitating the Great Place to Work Survey from 2022 to 2024. Heading up Service Anniversary Awards for 8,500 employees in four states. Facilitate New Hire Orientation and co-facilitate New Principal Orientation. Formerly part of a team that headed up the Values Valedictorian Program in HR that later became part of the school, state, and employee recognition process. Developed HR Culture Club to support improved culture with events in HR Department. Headed school administration for a 3,300-student K-12 school in Homestead, FL., with over 200 faculty and staff♣ Achieved “A” and “B” grades from the Florida Department of Education (DOE), a highly notable achievement during this period given that 1,000 new students were transferred to the school, totally transforming the culture and dynamics and of school (new building housing students grades 7 – 12).♣ Introduced and implemented Cambridge Advanced Studies Program to stakeholders.♣ Advocated for supplemental funding to develop a full slate of athletic offerings at the high school and middle school levels. ♣ Restructured departments and established Lead Teacher roles, thus expanding the overall leadership capacity at the school by developing content-specific leaders (high school) as well as grade-level leaders.

Led a mutli-cultural, Title I school with a diverse socio-economic student population of 900 K-8 students in NorthLauderdale, FL. (over 50 faculty and staff). ♣ Awarded a “Turnaround Award” by the Florida DOE for dramatically improving NBAE’s school grade from a “C” rating to an “A” rating in just one school year. ♣ Developed a standards-based tutoring program to support academic equity and to close learning gaps for all students. ♣ Improved school culture based on parent/staff surveys and increased community partnerships. ♣ Achieved Title 1 Status to support additional funding which supported intervention efforts at the school.

Co-Led a Municipal Charter School with 1,600 students (grades 6-12) and approximately 100 faculty and staff. ♣ Developed the school’s “Parent and Student Handbook” which became the foundation of CSUSA’s national model.♣ Secured $100,000 in funding by writing a dissemination grant awarded to the school. ♣ Designed and implemented a referral tracking system for school-wide behavior management. ♣ Supervised parent volunteer hour program for the entire school. ♣ Developed and implemented course selection process for the school.
