Responsible for further development of the technology and manufacturing process. Technical sales representative. Project / Product developer. Oversaw testing lab and established testing criteria and material specifications.

Setup and Managed Nike's Costa Rica Apparel Production and Sourcing Office. Controlled all Latin America / Caribbean apparel production operations.

Setup and Management of Nike's Apparel Production Office in Chile. Base location for sourcing exploration of South America. Provided suitable production facilities/factories despite regions lack of export experience.

• Coordinated and provided direction to the regions other Development Managers.Relocated from Taiwan due to the increased importance and volume of product shifting to Thailand. Hired staff and established an organization capable of handling increased production volume. Established key suppliers for raw materials, became less dependent on imported materials. Worked diligently with fabric mills to establish new products.

Responsible for the commercialization of product in Nike's field office. Occupied the sole apparel development position in Asia. Headed a locally staffed development team responsible for the sourcing and commercialization of products and materials. Price and availability negotiations. Designed a system to ensure the product was fully approved and developed for production.

Training / Proving period. Primary training focus was to become familiar with the people and operations of the various departments at Nike and to follow product flow from conception of design, through development and into production. Followed the MLB appearel project to Taiwan.
