When the environmental market became flooded and government rebates subsided David decided to directly target residential maintenance plumbing forming Fox Plumbing. After a short time discovered the need for a large database of clients to sustain the progress of the business. With the view of exiting the plumbing business in the forseeable future he then sought out and acquired a real estate plumbing maintenance business. Growing this section of the business in a short period of time he then decided to consolidate and sell Fox Plumbing

David sought a change of direction and forecasted the need for more water conservative, energy efficient plumbing in the form of water tanks, solar heating and better use of grey water. This also included new house renovation and the begining of building a maintenance plumbing database.

Directly contracting to construction companies specialising in hosue and town house developments. Builders such as GJ Gardner Homes, Riverlea Constructions, Philip Usher Constructions.Work consisted of subsurface drainage (sewer and stormwater), manhole construction, large diameter water mains (blue brute, poly) and within buildings water reticulation, suspended drainage and fixture fitoff. All work was inspected and compliant to AS 3500.

Plumbing and gaswork on high end renovations and new houses. This involved subsurface drainage, water and gas reticulation, gutter and downpipe installation and final fixture fit off. Completing all work to Queensland plumbing by-laws and all work was inspected and passed by BCC Plumbing Inspectors. Read building plans, organise material requirements, arrange inspections and ensure all installations were professional.

Work included residential/commercial maintenance plumbing, commercial re-roofing, large scale septic to sewer change overs and large scale water main installations
