Led several pivots, ultimately resulting in a cloud-based, SaaS platform which empowers hospitals to optimize the supply chain for blood and other perishables. I was the chief architect of the General Blood Exchange Platform from concept to deployment and commercialization. In addition, I worked in sales and general office management with seven direct reports on software development and three direct reports for sales. I also raised over $2.1M from Seed, Series A and venture debt over the course of 5 years. I was instrumental in increasing sales from zero to over $6M in top line sales. I assessed M&A activities for the firm and I am currently in the process of selling the asset.
