After graduating from the University of New Orleans, I spent ten years in broadcast engineering for WCCL-TV, WNOL-TV, WVUE-TV, Fox network, ABC network, and The Travel Channel. During that time, I worked as A1 and A2 for numerous world class sporting events. Additionally, I worked day-of-air, master control, and weekend news audio. In 1998, I did a hard stop when my father got ill. I spent many months with him prior to his passing. I began reinventing myself from a television engineer to audio visual liaison. Working for The Hilton Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort as director, I partnered with hotel leadership, guest lead contact, etc to handle all presentations services from 10 people to a 1000. In 2006, it was back to reinventing again and I found myself with Verizon. A tech guy in the phone sales business? It was honestly a perfect match. In this role through 2011, I trained, mentored, managed, and sold nearly 30,000 mobile phones. I branded myself right there with the Verizon logo. Sponsoring events at local restaurants, clubs, chamber of commerce events, etc. In 2012, a life-changing event hit me. This lead me to a remote position with Apple where I remained for the next 12 years. While at Apple, I worked in the capacity of tier one iOS agent to senior advisor agent handling chat and phone support for iOS, macOS, iApps, and Apple ID.
