To manage and supervise contractors for maintenance and repairs to Repsol’s Facilities, Housing and Leased Vehicles in accordance with HSE standardsResponsibilities:• Conduct job safety analysis, review and approval• Perform workplace inspections, maintenance and repairs to buildings at head and site offices • Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks• Supervise contractors to ensure conformance with HSE policies and vehicle leasing agreements• Audit contractor safety records/documentation and KPI’s• Procure materials, services and engage in price negotiation with contractors• Assess and respond to unplanned emergencies involving vehicles, plumbing, electrical failures, air conditioner breakdowns and safety issues for both housing, office buildings, and warehouses. • Provide support to the HSE Department with inspections, compliance as well as accident and incident investigations.• Management of accommodation of expatriate and repatriated employees (procurement and return of housing, furniture, vehicles and acquisition of drivers permits)• Perform security checks on expatriate housing for suitable occupancy• Conduct inventory on leased houses at the handover process.• Review and propose upgrades of living accommodations on all offshore platforms• Monitor, respond and close all facilities management issues using the CMMS• Approve and issue work orders and PO’s to contractors at start and close of jobs • Manage shuttle services, drivers and the roster of same.• Assist with accruals, budgets, and tender evaluations • Design and implement help desk, housing, and vehicle policies • Configure layout of offices, inclusive of design change and office furniture • Management and implementation of seasonal events décor• Preparing weekly reports for the Manager
