It includes 3km of tunneling.I'm also Project Manager for the $120M North Harbour 2 Watermain and Northern Interceptor Rising main in North Auckland which includes land reclamation, tunneling and some of the longest directional drillshots in New Zealand as well as trenching through a complex environment.

Sector leader for water network planning in AECOM New Zealand, specialising in water distribution network projects including metering, pressure management, leakage management, network modelling pipeline rehabilitation, pipeline design and construction.

Responsible for conceptual and detailed design for water and wastewater pipelines, including trenchless crossings of large roads, an airport and the western channel of Lake Ontario in Toronto. Have also undertaken water and wastewater masterplans for municipalities in Ontario and contract administration for construction projects.

Design Team Manager for AECOM, for the Dublin Watermains Rehabilitation Project. Responsible as Design Team Manager, for the output from the design team of 6 Engineers and Technicians on the Dublin Watermains Rehabilitation Project. This included client liaison, project management, programming and scheduling of the design process.The areas that have been designed range from the highly trafficked City Centre of Dublin, to major tourist areas such as Temple Bar, the inner city, the Dublin suburbs and rural schemes.The project resulted in the rehabilitation being designed for over 260km of watermains.

Secondment to Thames Water as a designer for the Victorian Mains Replacement Project. Responsibilities included: design of new networks, reviewing leakage levels, estimation of quantities, detailed design, construction and contractor liaison. Designed watermains network rehabilitation schemes in the following areas: Camden, Angel Islington and Chinatown. Carried out initial scoping and benefits analysis for the watermain renewals around the West End including: Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden and Soho.

Project Engineer with responsibilities for tendering, marketing, project management and research into business opportunities for Veolia Water Projects in clean water operations such as leakage management, integrated network management and Inset Appointments.

Project managed pressure management schemes throughout the Three Valleys Water region including design and supervision of incumbent Contractors. Schemes were primarily located within the North London Region affecting approximately 250,000 properties. . Responsible for the management of leakage in North West London. The area included approximately 400,000 properties with distribution mains in excess of 3,000 km. Directly responsible for up to 30 leakage technicians as well as associated Contractor staff.Trainer Valve Operations Management: was part of working group developing Valve Operations Management Policy, rolled out and delivered the training to all contractors and field staff.

Responsible for the design and management of pressure management schemes, district meter area design, GIS, leakage monitoring, network management projects, network optimisation, solving pressure problems, DMA audits, pressure zero tests and technical support. Additional responsibilities included reality checking of network models and resolution of anomalies.

Undertook field surveys for leaks on the watermains network. Proficient in numerous leakage detection techniques including: sounding, correlating, step tests and the deployment and analysis of noise loggers.

Undertook the design and rehabilitation of sewer systems and drinking water networks. Translation of contract documents form German to English and Vice Versa.Worked on Service Diversions for the upgrade of the railway lines in East Germany.
