Developed the carbon composite layup schedule, manufacturing processes, manufacturing equipment, process flow, testing standards, design documentation, process documentation, work instructions, and trained the initial core team of factory workers. Spent last 6 months at Zipp as an Advanced Development Engineer, exploring new technologies and ideas for potential new products and evaluating new ideas for worthiness of patent protection.
