With over 12 years of experience in the industry, I currently serve as Director of Operations for a dynamic restaurant group, where I am deeply committed to optimizing efficiency and delivering exceptional dining experiences. My role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.Throughout my career, I have built a proven track record in streamlining processes, significantly lowering operating costs, and enhancing team performance. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, I have successfully implemented cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of service excellence.In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about entrepreneurship. Outside of my role, I devote time to growing my car detailing business, which allows me to apply my business acumen in a different market segment.
