CurrentControl, review and validate all operation transactions as per bank procedures.First custody to Main Vault, ATM, Safes, fireproof cabinets & Perform periodicinventory / snap check to the secured items and the existing custody.Control the Branch expenses, administration issues and mutually approve and sign theexpenditure entries belonging to the Branch, to ensure proper spending and reducingBank's expenses.Ensure that the designation letter and registers are and compliant as actualpracticed.Handle the ATM first line maintenance (in house ATM).In line with all Compliances & Regulatory matters.Ensure adherence to Bank’s & regulator Policies, recommendations & CBE regulations. Follow up on compliance approvals to ensure smooth operations & all trouble shoot reports.Prepare and review daily and monthly reports and investigate incidents.Cross Selling bank products.best blend of service quality across the branch is delivered to ensure client’ssatisfaction.Anticipate expected problems & errors to avoid their realization as well as complaintsresolution.Coach, train, recognize, and appraising the operations Team.Main Job Objectives:Plan and set objectives, set priorities and insure proper adherence to Bank’s procedures.Overall controls of operations.Motivate and utilize operations team towards maximum achievement of organizational goals.Ensure Quality service KPI’s for the branch are met at all levels.Ensure adherence to the branch and the regulator policies, recommendations as well as CBEregulations.
