My consulting role effectively ended when the new client (the world's largest privately held Fragrance and Flavours supplier) bought a majority holding in the business, thus facilitating the long term exit of the Essex founders. Quest International became part of ICI in 2001. I took on this additional responsibility.In 2005 we were acquired by Givaudan.

Post-1989 opening up of Eastern Europe and the break up of the Soviet Union in 1991: I became responsible for developing an agent/distributer network, an effective supply chain, pricing model, sales training, etc. Quest International was acquired by ICI in 1997, I then took on the added role of Sales Director Unilever Oral Care.

PPL>PPF>Quest was a part of U/L's Chemicals Co-ordination. Representing the Fragrance arm of Unilever in Latin America and Southern Africa. I was responsible for coordinating Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Market Research for these regions.
